Where We Are
The Kabin is on Kentucky Lake and is located at 76 Atwill Drive, Springville, TN 38256. It is about 1/4 mile from the Antioch Harbor Boat Ramp and about 400 yards from the lake. It is 7 miles from the Paris Landing State Park in Buchanan, TN and 15 miles from the beautiful city of Paris, TN.
What We Offer
The Kabin sleeps ten people in this spacious open-concept home.
There is one private bedroom with a full-size bed. An additional full-size bed, a queen-size bed, two twin beds, and a full-size futon are located in the house for a total of 6 beds.
There is one bathroom with a stand-up shower. Bath and hand towels and wash cloths are provided.
There is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need, including microwave, coffee pot, blender, oven, toaster, pots and pans, and plates and utensils.
There is a living and dining room area. Wi-Fi is provided and there is a smart TV, so that you can sign on to any streaming accounts you have.
The outdoor area includes a patio with tables and chairs, a pellet grill, an outdoor fire pit, a picnic table area, a fish cleaning station, a covered carport for two cars/boats, and additional parking on either side of the house for easy boat/trailer parking.
What Our Policies Are
The Kabin is $125 per night plus an additional $75 cleaning and sanitation fee per stay. There is a two-night minimum and a three-night minimum on holiday weekends.
Staying a week? If you book 6 nights, you get your 7th night FREE!
We love our fur babies and sure you do too! So we do allow dogs in the Kabin. There will be a $50 charge for bringing a dog.
The first night’s payment of $125 is due at the time of booking to secure your dates. The remaining balance and the cleaning fee will be due at check-in.
Cancelation Policy
100% refund if canceled at least 5 days prior to check-in.
